Shipping & Delivery: We are shipping our products with FedEx to specific countries. You can find the list on the following website: http://fedex.com/us/about/overview/worldwide/operations/countries.html. The shipping time is based on the location. The products are being shipped in 2-3 days.

Donwloadables & Digial Products: The downloadable products are downloadable only 2 times. After downloading is your task is to keep safe your file. If you downloaded 2 times from our system and lost your file (including HDD failures and other data loss) you have to buy it again. NOTE: If you open your digital product in a player or viewer directly from Our webhop it is also count in downloading! You have to download it to your computer first (ex.: right click and save the file). If you can't download from our system due to an error please contact with Us.

Returns & Replacements: If you receive an item that was damaged, please contact us on our website. At that time, you can tell us if you want a refund or replacement.
If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let us know by submitting feedback about the packaging.
